Psychology

Psychology : the study of the mind

It is a discipline that strives to discover how behaviour, actions and experiences can be explained and understood through theories based on scientific methods.

Psychology examines the mind in aspects of perception, emotion, cognition, and behavior.

The interest in Psychology has spanned time, as long as human beings have been curious as to the motives of others, or to understand what dreams mean.

Psychology was not formalized as a science until the late 1800’s, in the work of Sigmund Freud, William James, Wilhelm Wundt, and other groundbreakers in this field of study.

Use this guide to follow in their footsteps and discover the mysteries of what it means to be a human being.
