The Multicultural Center

The Multicultural Center aims to engage "the entire campus community to create a climate of inclusion, social justice, equity, access for underserved students and develops programs that support retention and student success and transforms the college community and the institituion." The Multicultural Center is located in the Center for Equity and Engagement, and "provides and opportunity for people of all cultures to meet, explore their cultural origins and to work toward understanding, respect and appreciation for diversity" within the SCC community. The Center offers lectures, workshops, and special events design to help students, community members, and staff develop and enhance their multicultural awareness, knowledge, and skills.

Shoreline Counseling Cervices

Counseling Services

The Counseling Services team's mission is to provide enrolled students access to free and confidential personal, career, education and crisis counseling with a professional counselor. They provide culturally responsive one-on-one counseling, as well as workshops and presentations, in order to support the campus and the community.
